DH Seasoning Chili Verde
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. pork sirloin tip roast
- One large can green chili enchilada sauce
- 4-6 roasted chilies, chopped
- DH Seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- Tortillas
- Fresh chopped onions & cheese for garnish
Instructions:
- Cover all sides of the pork roast with DH Seasoning.
- Place the roast in a slow cooker and add 1/2 cup of water. Cook on low for 3-4 hours until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Remove the roast and leave the slow cooker on low.
- Chop the roast into quarter-inch cubes and place them back into the slow cooker.
- Add the green chili sauce and chopped chilies. Stir and let simmer for two hours.
- Garnish tortillas with fresh chopped onions and cheese, and serve with the chili verde.
